That depends on what type of event you are having and how many people you are expecting. We are happy to work with you to make sure that your event goes as planned. We also provide lists of information with vendor contact information for services such as flowers, decorations, DJs, karaoke, photography and cake making service providers. (Annex Hall is now Free Wi-Fi enabled)

LARGE HALL

Rents for $100 hr with a minimum $200 deposit when you book. The total amount must be paid in full when you come to decorate for the event. Cash bar available with bartender. Add $8.50 an hour.

SMALL HALL

Rents for $50 hr with a minimum $100 deposit when you book. The total amount must be paid in full when you come to decorate for the event. Cash bar available with bartender. Add $8.50 an hour. A cash bar can be added to any Hall Rental only for an extra $8.50 an hour for the bartender. If you request a special alcohol purchase, it is paid for as bought and must be taken with you if not finished • If you are having a DJ, Karaoke or band come in for your event, there is a
$30 hookup fee • Table clothes are available for an extra fee with the Hall Rental only option.

PREMIUM/ WEDDING ( $25 PER PERSON + TAX)
6 HOURS OF HALL TIME, 4 HOURS OF OPEN BAR
Selection of 3 meats <100 or less at party choose two>, four vegetables and salads, xtras are included

STANDARD ( $20 PER PERSON + TAX)
4 HOURS OF HALL TIME, 3 HOURS OF OPEN BAR
Selection of 2 meats, 2 vegetables and choice of salad, xtras are included.

SANDWICH ( $10 PER PERSON + TAX)
3 HOURS OF HALL TIME, CASH BAR AVAILABLE WITH BARTENDER ADD $8.50 HR
Selection of Hot Chicken, Ham, Turkey or Sloppy Joe, one choice of salad (coleslaw, potato or pasta salad) this also
includes baked beans, chips and dip, pickles, peppers, ketchup, mustard. Coffee and ice tea are included.

HORS DOEUVRES ( $13 PER PERSON + TAX)
3 HOURS OF HALL TIME, CASH BAR AVAILABLE WITH BARTENDER ADD $8.50 HR
Selection of 4 hot items (pizza rolls, meatballs, chicken wings, cheese sticks, cauliflower, mushrooms, cocktail sausages,
sauerkraut balls, and cheese ball), cheese plate, veggies, dip and chips. Coffee and ice tea are included.

SIT DOWN ( $20 PER + TAX)
3 HOURS OF HALL TIME, CASH BAR AVAILABLE WITH BARTENDER ADD $8.50 HR
Selection of 2 meats, three vegetables and salads, xtras are included.

XTRAS INCLUDED ARE: (APPLESAUCE, VEGGIE BOWL AND DIP, PICKLES, PEPPERS, PICKLED BEETS, FRUIT SALAD, BREAD, BUTTER, HORSERADISH, KETCHUP, MUSTARD. COFFEE AND ICE TEA ARE INCLUDED.
Children ages 7 to 12 are $12 each ♦ Children 6 and under eat free ♦ Deposit is non-refundable.
